Engineer - QAQC

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control & Assurance: Conduct routine quality inspections and testing on materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor and assess the production or development processes to identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of test results, inspections, and quality audits. Prepare clear and concise reports for management and stakeholders.
• Quality Improvement: Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify issues affecting product quality and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.) and industry-specific requirements.
• Non-conformance Management: Investigate and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation of actions taken.
• Inspection & Testing: Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections during different stages of production to ensure product specifications are met.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align quality objectives with project goals and timelines.
