Job Description
- Pre-Sales solution architect understanding business requirements and designing solutions
- Assist the Sales team in answering RFP/RFIs
- Involved in POC, solutions, and automation using Terraform or Boto
- Provide customer demo and deploy the solution as per the requirements
- Assess prospective customers business problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare/ deliver solution documents that meet prospective customers business requirements
- Help the sales team in the closure of the deal
- Act as a liaison between the Engineering, Management, and the client
- Will be responsible for acting as Point of contact and support for the client during and post-sales
- Problem Statement analysis and technical solutioning to technical issues
What You Should Have-
Should have an understanding of Cloud services (Hands-On or Educational) Must have knowledge of IaaS and PaaS services of AWS Strong written and verbal communication skills Ready to be in a client-facing role Good interpersonal skills
Nice To Have Skills Sales Mindset Good in customer interaction and confident Problem statement analysis and grievance handling
