Position Summary: Part-time/Full-time Scrum Master responsible for facilitating
Agile practices, aligning team efforts with company goals, ensuring
project management tool updates, and delivering timely progress
reports to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily standups (morning and evening).
Assign and track weekly tasks for team members.
Maintain Jira/ClickUp updates and project visibility.
Report project status and management risks.
Align sprints with company goals and priorities.
Success Metrics: 100% task allocation and tracking for all team members.
Weekly goals completed as planned.
Accurate Jira/ClickUp updates and clean backlogs.
On-time delivery of projects within quality standards.
Regular, actionable updates to management.
Key Deliverables: Updated Jira/ClickUp boards reflecting team progress.
Weekly reports summarizing project status and risks.
Improved team collaboration and sprint efficiency.
Timely resolution of blockers and bottlenecks.
Quality-focused project outcomes aligned with deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or
Agile Project Manager.
Proficiency in Jira, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
Ability to manage part-time commitments effectively.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience working with cross-functional
teams (Dev, QA, UI, Pre-sales).
Track record of delivering projects on time with high quality.
Familiarity with startup or SaaS environments.
Expertise in reporting metrics and aligning sprints to business goals.
Certifications like CSM (Certified Scrum Master) are a plus
