Job Description -
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Node.js
to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing,
implementing, and maintaining scalable backend systems that power our web applications. You
will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet
our business requirements and contribute to the growth and success of our platform.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage Web3 projects from conception to completion, ensuring they
are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation,
and risk management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and
stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Expertise:
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology,
cryptocurrency, and Web3 developments.
Provide technical and strategic insights to guide the development and
implementation of blockchain-based solutions.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and tools
for various projects.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and
consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, translating them into
actionable project plans.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues that arise
during the project.
Quality Assurance:
Implement best practices for project management and quality assurance to
ensure high standards of delivery.
Conduct regular project reviews, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards related to blockchain
and cryptocurrency.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative working
environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them overcome
challenges and achieve project goals.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team
members.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related
field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or
Web3 space.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, including smart contracts,
decentralized applications (dApps), and distributed ledger technology.
Minimum 4 years of experience
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with various blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart
Chain, Solana, etc.
Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Basic understanding of coding languages like Solidity, JavaScript, or Python is a
plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
Previous experience in a startup or agile development environment.
Understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and other emerging blockchain use cases.
