ERP Support Engineer (Retail Information Service)

Internal first-line support for our Web Order System and related customer specific solutions.
Supporting customer service, salesmen and production units globally.
Communication mainly using emails and Teams.
Your profile

Educational Qualifications (not mandatory but valuable)
1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Required skills:
- Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge in working with data and formulas.
- Scripts / programming
- Basic knowledge of scripts (e.g. VBScript) and programming (e.g. C#)
- Databases
- Basic knowledge of data management and queries in Microsoft SQL Server
Preferred skills:
- Adobe Suite
- Experience of working with InDesign, Illustrator etc.
