Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience in handling full-time (W2 & Full-time Direct Hire) IT requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US hiring processes, sourcing techniques, and excellent negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
✅ Sourcing & Screening: Identify top IT talent using job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, networking, and social media.
✅ Engaging Candidates: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
✅ Working with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with clients, hiring managers, and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver top candidates.
✅ Job Posting & Pipeline Building: Post jobs, attract candidates, and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring roles.
✅ Negotiations & Offer Management: Negotiate compensation structures (W2, C2C, 1099) and extend offers.
✅ Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to EEO, visa regulations, and company policies.
✅ Recruitment Strategies: Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active job seekers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
🎯 Experience: 2-5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter with a focus on full-time hiring.
🎯 Technical Knowledge: Understanding of IT job roles, terminologies, and trending technologies.
🎯 Recruitment Tools: Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
🎯 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
🎯 Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate salaries, benefits, and visa-related discussions (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
🎯 Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines and relationships.
🎯 Time Management: Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
🎯 Flexibility: Comfortable working US time zones (Night Shift).
Preferred Qualifications:
🔹 Experience in working with US staffing agencies or direct clients.
🔹 Familiarity with VMS/ MSP-based hiring models.
🔹 Prior experience hiring for Fortune 500 clients is a plus.
🔹 Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
