Job Description

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential clients, industries, and market trends to identify sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT solutions.
  • Act as a technical expert during pre-sales engagements, addressing client inquiries and providing in-depth product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to gather and leverage information for sales efforts.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, bids, and quotations, ensuring they align with customer needs and expectations.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests for information.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process by providing feedback and insights based on customer interactions.
    Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Pre-sales Executive or a similar role within the IT industry, preferably with 2-3 years of experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track and manage sales activities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to drive sales cycles to successful outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and events.
