Sales Executive

Sales & Service of Speciality Chemicals for Boilers, Cooling Towers & RO Plants .

Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities for specialty chemicals used in boiler water treatment, cooling water treatment, and reverse osmosis (RO) plants.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the company's specialty chemical products and their applications in boiler, cooling tower, and RO systems. Be able to explain technical details to clients.
• Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to client facilities to assess their water treatment needs, collect samples, and recommend appropriate chemical solutions.
• Product Recommendations: Recommend and propose appropriate chemical treatment programs based on site assessments and client requirements.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable sales and client satisfaction.
• Service & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients regarding the use of chemical products. This might include on-site service, training, and water analysis interpretation.
• Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare sales reports, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and service execution.
