Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative plans to drive growth and visibility.
• Leadership & Reporting: Provide insights to the Head of Marketing/Vice President on product performance and market trends.
• Brand Positioning: Define and refine strategies to establish a competitive edge.
• Media & Social Media Marketing: Manage campaigns across traditional, digital, and social platforms.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and partners for seamless execution of initiatives.
• Trade Coordination: Optimize product placement and promotions with Trade Management Agencies.
• Industry Representation: Plan and represent the brand at trade shows and events.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3 years of proven expertise in marketing, specifically within the OTC segment, as well as the Cosmetic and Ayurvedic industries. The ideal candidate will bring a dynamic approach, exceptional strategic thinking, and a strong track record of driving successful marketing initiatives in these specialized fields.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience in e-commerce is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing within as well as the Cosmetic and Ayurvedic industries.

Strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and customer preferences in these fields.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.
