Job Description
- Good understanding of Active Directory, GPO, ADDS, DNS, DHCP and NTFS Permissions.
- Excellent technical Knowledge and hands on support of Microsoft OS suite for Servers like Windows Server OS 2012 R2, 2016 and 2019.
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud-based technologies like Office 365, mail architecture and Azure.
- Excellent understanding of Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and troubleshooting skills.
- Good Knowledge in Backup Administrator, Monitoring and Manage Backups.
- Installing, Configuring, Securing, Managing and Monitoring VCenter and VMware vSphere EXSi Clusters in Multiple Datacentres.
- Excellent Technical and hands on Administration skills on VMware Products and Tools.
- Configure and Manage Monitoring Alerts w.r.t VMware Hypervisors and VMs.
- Perform Capacity and Performance reports for Host, Storage, Cluster, VM’s etc.
- Experience on ESXi Architecture and vSphere Web Client.
- Manage the end-to-end Server and Endpoint lifecycle for patch management and OS hardening on the Windows and Linux Environment.
- Responsible for Deployment and Management of identified application and Operating system security vulnerability
- Incident management and root cause analysis
- Coordinating and communication with the team and with customers.
