Compliances under the Companies Act, Alteration of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, Preparation of Notices, Directors Report, Resolutions Committee Meetings ,Compliances under the Companies Act, Preparation of Annual Reports.°Preference shall be given to candidates with a command over Companies Act and SEBI Regulations, sound verbal and written communication skills.°
