Be the ultimate responsible for organizing and localizing Sales campaigns, liasing with different roles inside T&D structure: Sales team, Marketing, Finance, Sales leadership, Global Sales and Product structures.
Working in conjunction with T&D Sales leadership in designing Regional/Local campaigns
These Sales campaigns are usually dedicated to ensure and accelerate the business growth and might come in several formats:
Product launches and/or specific Product (Marketing/Sales) campaigns
Mandatory Product Enhancements, In-year initiatives with committed Sales or any other relevant initiative
Specific campaigns to cover for local/PG/product Sales needs
After the deployment of the initiatives, this professional will work with the other Sales Analyst and Sales team, to understand the efficiency and effectiveness of the campaigns, making quick corrections and registering the adjustments for upcoming campaigns. She/he will be a key contact to Global Sales and Marketing teams, when reporting campaign improvements.
Despite the key activities are focused to enable the Sales team performance, this professional will be a natural backup for the other Sales Analyst, who despite is focused on monitoring and registering the progress of the initiatives, also support Sales Teams with contract accuracy checking
