The role involves managing SEO strategies, conducting technical audits, running paid advertising campaigns, and ensuring high-quality user engagement across websites and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

SEO Management

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content and on-page elements.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues such as broken links and page speed optimization.
• Build and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
• Optimize local SEO efforts, including managing Google My Business profiles.

Paid Advertising Campaigns

• Plan and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Conduct audience research and A/B testing to improve ad performance.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI by adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging ad creatives.

Website and Content Management

• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for user experience.
• Update and manage website content, including promotions and blog posts.
• Work with the content team to develop SEO-optimized blogs and multimedia content.

Analytics and Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs for campaign tracking and analysis.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for SEO and ad campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Innovation and Trends

• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing practices.
• Experiment with new tools and techniques to drive innovation and results.

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and developers for cohesive campaigns.
• Provide training and insights to team members on SEO and advertising strategies.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SEO and digital advertising.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and social media ad platforms.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Excellent analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
