Role Description:
Nidek Medical India is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (Critical Care Devices) for a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with opportunities for remote work. The Area Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing effective sales strategies to expand the company's footprint in the critical care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion for critical care devices.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Building.
- Prior experience in the medical device industry, specifically critical care devices.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
