Product Manager - Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical (3-10 yrs)

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Product Manager/Product Manager role based in Gurugram. The role involves collaborating with teams to develop and manage product strategies, conducting market research, analyzing product performance, and supporting product launches and promotions through trainings.

As part of our Product Management team, you will:

- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, support sales with training, and collaborate with sales team to position our products effectively.

- Work closely with key opinion leaders (KOLs), Surgeons (especially Plastic), and end-users to gather actionable insights that shape product innovation.

- Conduct product demonstrations and assist marketing in crafting compelling product messaging and positioning strategies.

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and ROI to ensure product success.

- Utilize market insights and performance data to drive feature enhancements and future developments.

- Identify unmet needs and opportunities in the healthcare and medical device sectors through comprehensive research and competitive analysis.

Qualification: B. Pharma. /B.Sc. (Life Sciences) with MBA
