Role Overview:

As a Product Designer at Nibav Lifts, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional designs that solve real-world problems. You will be responsible for every stage of the product design process, from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Design Strategy: Define and execute the design vision and strategy for products, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and brand identity.
• Prototyping & Wireframing: Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows for both mobile and web applications, ensuring usability and responsiveness.
• UI/UX Design: Design intuitive user interfaces that are consistent with the overall user experience and company brand, considering accessibility, usability, and aesthetics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing to ensure design solutions meet technical feasibility and user requirements.
• Design Systems: Contribute to building and maintaining a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all product interfaces.
• Iteration & Feedback: Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders, user testing, and project requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies and implement best practices in design processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interaction design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with mobile-first design and responsive design for various screen sizes.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and an understanding of how designs translate to development is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion design or animation tools such as After Effects or Principle.
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
• Experience in designing for SaaS, e-commerce, or mobile apps.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
