Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Chief Manager Product Development and

Technology to oversee all aspects of our website maintenance, product journeys, digital product

development, and marketing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will own website uptime,

performance, and optimization while ensuring a seamless front-end product journey and improving funnel metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management & Development:

• Oversee the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company

website.

• Ensure website uptime, security, and optimal performance at all times.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to create user-friendly and visually

appealing web pages.

2. Product Development & Journey Optimization:

• Lead the development of digital products and customer journeys to improve user

experience.

• Continuously analyze and optimize product front-end journeys for better conversion

rates.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business

goals.

3. Landing Page Optimization:

• Design, test, and optimize landing pages to improve lead generation and conversion

metrics.

• Leverage A/B testing and analytics to identify opportunities for enhancement.

4. Performance Tracking & Funnel Management:

• Monitor and analyze website and funnel performance metrics, including bounce

rates, load times, and conversion rates.

• Develop strategies to improve user engagement and reduce drop-offs.
• Provide regular reports on performance, highlighting key insights and

recommendations.

5. Technology Integration & Innovation:

• Implement and manage marketing and technology tools to support product journeys

and analytics.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to incorporate innovative

solutions into the digital strategy.

6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Partner with marketing, design, and IT teams to ensure cohesive and efficient

execution of projects.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for website development

and other technical projects.

7. Team Leadership:

• Build and mentor a team of developers, designers, and digital marketers.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the

team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent

is a plus.

• 10+ years of experience in product development, website management, and technology

leadership.

• Proven expertise in website development, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of product journeys, funnel metrics, and landing page optimization

techniques.

• Proficiency in web technologies, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
