The Manager - Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing and leading all HR activities within the Emerson Global Engineering Center. The role involves aligning HR practices with the dynamic business needs of the engineering unit, leading end-to-end HR processes, and encouraging a positive work culture.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Oversee the Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Talent Development
Liaison with various World Area Business Leaders and act as a HR Business partner.
Work on HR special projects to bring in process improvements / automation
Closely work and align with Regional & BU HR leadership.
Foster a positive work environment and maintain open communication between employees and management.
Drive performance management activities, benchmark market standards and propose salary policies to promote performance-oriented culture.
Design, drive and implement the engagement initiatives for the Business Unit to build a motivated and collaborative workforce.
Accountable for compliance and Liaison with Government agency
Facilitate Corporate Training Sessions & Drive Talent Development programs at all levels.

Solid understanding of HR practices in Engineering Center / IT / Manufacturing / ITeS.

Analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in HR software and payroll management systems.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
A master s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
12+ years of experience in HR, with any of the Manufacturing / Engineering Services / IT / ITeS.
Must be Proficient in English
Experience in Learning & Development, handling Matrix Leadership will be an added advantage.
Experience in Handling Young & New Gen Workforce will be an added advantage.
