Required experience and skills:

4-9 yrs of experience in the IT industry.
At least 4 yrs of experience in project management, with the ownership of end-to-end delivery of the projects.
At least 4 yrs of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Customer facing experience with good communication.
Experience coordinating with the clients, gather requirements, being SPOC for all the projects under the program.
Experience using project management methodologies (such as Agile) and tools (such as
JIRA, Confluence).
Experience preparing status reports and decks for the leadership and client presentations.
Experience in people management and performance reviews of the team.
Ability to keep the team motivated and create an amicable environment to nurture innovation using latest technologies to achieve the project/product milestones.
Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks/requests and juggle between priorities for the projects.
Ability to understand high level product architecture, experience working closely with technical teams.
Technical experience of using Python / R language with NoSQL DB for data engineering/analytics related projects.

Desired experience and skills:

Experience in managing the data engineering / analytics / machine learning projects or products
Technical experience of using Python / R language with NoSQL DB for data engineering/analytics related projects good to have.
PMP certification / experience with PM processes per PMBOK
Experience with quality management processes and preparing for external quality audits
