Job Description
Wayvida, a rapidly growing Online Learning Platform , is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Lead - Flutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience.
Required Skills Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in mobile development, with Flutter expertise .
- Strong knowledge of Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
- Experience with state management using BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod .
- Proficiency in local storage solutions such as Hive, SQLite, Shared Preferences, Room, and CoreData .
- Experience in RESTful API integrations, GraphQL, and WebSockets .
- Knowledge of Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, etc.) .
- Familiarity with App Store and Play Store deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Fastlane, Git, and automation tools .
- Excellent problem-solving skills, debugging, and performance tuning expertise.
- Strong leadership, communication, and Agile project management skills.
- Flutter App Development: Lead the design and development of high-performance Flutter applications for Android iOS.
- State Management: Implement and optimize BLoC (Business Logic Component) architecture for scalable and maintainable app development.
- Native Platform Integration: Work with Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) for seamless platform-specific functionality.
- Local Storage Offline Capabilities: Implement efficient local storage solutions (Hive, Shared Preferences, SQLite, Room, CoreData) for offline access.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure smooth animations, high responsiveness, and efficient memory management in Flutter applications.
- CI/CD App Deployment: Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments to Google Play Store Apple App Store.
- Security Data Protection: Implement secure storage, encryption, and user data protection best practices.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless cross-platform experiences .
- Code Reviews Best Practices: Enforce clean coding standards, maintainability, and adherence to modern development frameworks.
- Mentorship Leadership: Guide and mentor mobile developers, fostering team Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI-driven applications and EdTech platforms .
- Familiarity with Flutter Web and Desktop development .
- Exposure to native platform plugins, camera integration, and push notifications .
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments .
