Job Description:

Retired Senior level or independent professionals to be part of the Management Board wanted (full time/part time/Interim CXO) at Non Board level for a leading industrial group at Chennai to focus on key business segments.

Candidates should have senior level management experience in handling all areas of General management with P&L responsibility/ Marketing/ Brand enhancements/ finance/ Operations/ identifying and mentoring entrepreneurs with 12 to 15 years of experience. Past experience in dealing with banking/Investment banking, equity fund raising, legal & commercial, financial markets/services, Supply chain development, statutory bodies, Entrepreneurial mentoring/development, Industrial development corporations at senior management level will be an added advantage.

Should have been at or dealt with Board/CEO/CXO levels. Apart from outstanding professional skills, good social networking is desirable.

The position will be based at Chennai. For one of the businesses, Hyderabad is an option.

Compensation will be attractive and commensurate with the time and role played in building the group.
