8+ years in a relevant role.
Coordinate with external training vendors to facilitate seamless execution of classroom and online training sessions.
post-training feedback from participants and maintain performance evaluations for each trainer.
Conduct company-led assessments for trainees and prepare detailed individual score sheets.
Oversee the administration of training venues, ensuring smooth logistics for all sessions.
Manage and coordinate all other organizational-level training programs.
Perform training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and report findings to the HR Lead.
Assist in promoting certification and upskilling programs within the organization.
Support campus recruitment efforts
Regular travel required for on-site training sessions during classroom training program.
Education requirements -Any Graduate, preferred Master s Degree, preferably an MBA.
