Lead Solution Architect - Record to Report (R2R)

Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Record to Report (R2R) value stream as part of our multi-year Program Phoenix initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end process design, build, test, and integration of R2R value stream

- Resolve process and integration design issues related to Value Stream Review plans

- Design key FICO enterprise structure and master data objects

- Provide delivery support and resolve open SAP Solution architecture-related risks and issues

- Develop functional specifications, data conversion, and integration specifications for R2R value stream

Required Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5-6 years as a Lead Solution Architect in R2R for full-life cycle SAP implementations

- Solid understanding and implementation experience of SAP S/4 HANA, USGAAP, IFRS Ledger setup, and Reporting

- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules, integration with Ariba, and finance aspects

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience in Hi-Tech industry

- Understanding of SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management

- Experience with SAP MDG, Signavio, Vertex, or other related tools
