Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly organized, diligent, and self-motivated professional with a versatile skill set to support various sales and business functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
Identify eligible leads for pitching SEO/ASO services and conduct outreach via phone calls.
Follow up with a wide range of generated leads, including those provided by other team members.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Serve as a direct point of contact for clients and project leads.
Create and review SEO/ASO audits with keen attention to detail.
Draft background briefings, talking points, emails, proposals, and other written materials.
Ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and maintain a high standard of quality in deliverables.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in online B2B sales, outreach, telecalling, or a similar role.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written, and listening).
Comfortable making phone calls for outbound and inbound sales pitches. Candidates with a confident personality will be preferred.
Strong computer proficiency with a medium to fast typing speed .
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel , with the ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources.
Comfortable using tools such as Calendar, Web
