Job Description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer specializing in cloud infra andCI/CD development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will berequired to solve complex problems and write highly scalable deploymentautomation.

Role andresponsibilities:

Deploy and maintain dynamically scalable, available, fault-tolerant, and reliable applications on the Cloud.
Selecting appropriate Cloud services to design and deploy an application based on given requirements
Migrating complex, multi-tier applications on Cloud Platforms.
Set up and maintain CI/CD web application server environments and pipelines with tools and technologies like Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
You will be responsible to deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
Responsibly manage cloud accounts (AWS and Azure) and make recommendations on how best to support our infrastructure and interact with Developers and Architects in cross-functional areas.
Design and implement reusable server provisioning with tools.
Provision and maintain development and production servers.
Support development teams with project builds, deployments, and troubleshooting
Continually look for automation opportunities to enable teams to move faster.
Responsible for delivering on time within the resource, budgetary, and timeframe requirements.
Perform system administration functions including monitoring system and network performance, troubleshooting system problems, maintaining user accounts and various tracking systems, and liaising with other institutional information system and information technology groups.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience:

Must have 4+ years of DevOps Automation using CI/CD, Jenkins
Must have good Knowledge of key features of Cloud Service Providers.
Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls) is a plus
Must have the ability to estimate usage costs and identify operational cost control mechanisms
Experience in doing full migration of on-premises workload to cloud service providers is a big plus
AWS or Azure cloud certification is a plus.
Oracle cloud experience is a plus.
Experience working with USA or European clients is a plus.
Experience working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore, and onshore development teams in a dynamic and complex environment will be helpful in day-to-day working.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate should be able to present his suggestions and explain the technical approach.
