Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our school's operations by preparing comprehensive reports on training sessions, school visits conducted by the support team, and travel plans and costs. The role involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide insights that support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Management:
• Gather data related to training programs, school visits, and support team activities.
• Compile travel plans and associated costs for analysis.
2. Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare accurate and timely reports summarizing training outcomes, visit observations, and travel expenditures.
• Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
• Present data in clear formats, including dashboards, charts, and graphs.
3. Coordination and Communication:
• Collaborate with the support team to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with finance and operations teams to track travel-related expenses.
4. Process Improvement:
• Recommend process enhancements based on data findings.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates for consistency and efficiency.
5. Documentation:
• Maintain organized records of all reports, data sources, and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus but not mandatory.
