Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Management

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to meet organizational needs.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable and high-quality supply chain.
• Negotiate contracts effectively to secure the best possible terms for the organization.

Cost Optimization

• Analyze spending patterns and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement efficiency and reduce expenses.

Market Analysis

• Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, pricing structures, and supplier capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry standards, innovations, and competitive practices.

Strategic Planning

• Align sourcing strategies with the organizations long-term objectives and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement aligns with overall operational priorities.

Sustainability and Compliance

• Ensure all sourcing activities adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Promote sustainability by sourcing responsibly and incorporating eco-friendly practices.

Risk Management

• Assess potential risks in the supply chain, such as disruptions or supplier dependencies.
• Develop and execute contingency plans to mitigate identified risks effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on cost-saving opportunities.
• Familiarity with sustainability and compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Education qualification : Diploma or any graduate

Salary : 2.4 to 3 lakhs per year
