Sales Logistics & Documentation Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Logistics & Documentation Executive to handle order processing, logistics coordination, and export/import documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing sales orders, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with freight forwarders for timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle export and domestic logistics, including liaising with transporters and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and maintain all shipping-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with customs, taxation, and international trade regulations.
• Track shipments, provide updates to clients, and handle any logistical issues.
• Maintain records of all transactions, invoices, and logistics-related expenses.
• Support the sales team in order management, customer communication, and documentation requirements.
• Resolve any discrepancies related to logistics, shipping, or order fulfillment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, documentation, or sales coordination (preferably in the textile/garment industry).
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and logistics management software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
