ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Producer & Editor to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our companys goals and objectives.


Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of entire video production - Pre production, Production and Post Production
• Manage the video team end to end while also making sure that the final product is visually appealing and align with our company s objectives and standards.
• When the editing team has limited bandwidth, jump into editing to meet the deadlines.
• Collaborate with the content creation team and social media team to develop new ideas and concepts for video content.
• Work with a variety of video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Manage and organize raw footage and media assets for easy access, use, and future project repurposing.
• Review and revise video content to ensure that it meets our companys branding guidelines and style.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the quality and impact of our video content.
• Meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload effectively to ensure timely delivery of video content.
  

Must have requirements :

• 4-5 years of professional experience in video production.
• Proficient in handling mirrorless cameras like Sony, Canon, Panasonic, etc.
• Have good understanding of camera lenses, video lighting and and other camera equipment like Drones and Gimbals.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills
• Knowledge of video codecs, file formats, and compression techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
