Role Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Program Management Associate to join our team. You will support the planning and execution of key programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and eager to contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Program Planning: Assist in defining program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaboration: Facilitate communication and coordination between teams (faculty, staff, students) and key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines while providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and work collaboratively to implement mitigation strategies. Assist in resolving program-related challenges as they arise.
• Budget and Resource Management: Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources within financial constraints.
• Documentation and Records: Maintain program documentation, including meeting notes, action plans, and performance reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to optimize program processes and workflows for better efficiency and outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote program success.
