About Role :

We re looking for a YouTube Channel Manager who can take our content to the next level. If you have a sharp eye for trends, a deep understanding of YouTube algorithms, and a knack for creating engaging, high-retention content, this is for you.

What You ll Do:
Own the end-to-end strategy for our YouTube channel - from content planning to execution.
Optimize thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and metadata for maximum reach.
Analyze YouTube analytics and tweak content accordingly.
Collaborate with scriptwriters, editors, and creators to craft high-impact videos.
Experiment with new formats, hooks, and trends to keep the channel ahead of the curve

What We re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in managing a YouTube channel with proven growth.
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, retention strategies, and monetization.
Creative storytelling ability with data-driven decision-making skills.
A deep love for digital content and audience engagement.
