Job Description

We need a YouTube Scriptwriter who can turn ideas into engaging, high-retention scripts that hook viewers and keep them watching. If you understand storytelling, audience psychology, and viral content, this is your chance to shape compelling narratives.

What You ll Do:
Write crisp, engaging, and well-researched scripts for our YouTube videos.
Craft strong hooks, emotional arcs, and retention-driven storytelling.
Adapt content for different formats - explainers, vlogs, interviews, and deep dives.
Work closely with the production team to refine script flow and pacing.
Stay on top of YouTube trends and optimize scripts for maximum watch time.

What We re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in YouTube scriptwriting or content writing.
A strong grasp of storytelling, audience engagement, and scripting for video.
Ability to write for both educational and entertainment-driven formats.
Experience in tech, ed-tech, or business content is a plus.
