We are seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organized Content Writer to manage and oversee the social media strategy and digital marketing efforts for Datta Power Infra. As the sole person responsible for handling all aspects of social media, you will be expected to plan, create, schedule, and analyze content across various platforms including LinkedIn and our company website. You will ensure brand consistency, build customer relationships, and provide insightful recommendations for optimizing social media campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Social Media Strategy: Independently manage and execute the company's social media strategy across all platforms, including LinkedIn and the corporate website, ensuring alignment with Datta Power Infras brand goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Engage directly with customers through social media, promptly addressing questions, comments, and concerns to maintain a positive and responsive online presence.
  • Use of Marketing Tools: Leverage social media tools to schedule, monitor, and optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Content Promotion: Take full responsibility for promoting content, services, and products across platforms, while maintaining the companys brand image and voice.
  • Strategy Evaluation and Improvement: Regularly assess the effectiveness of current digital marketing strategies, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance performance.
  • Set Goals and KPIs: Establish clear and achievable goals and KPIs for social media campaigns, tracking their success and impact.
  • Post Scheduling & Management: Manage all social media posts, from content creation to scheduling, ensuring timely and consistent communication across all platforms.
  • Content Creation: Independently create diverse content such as written posts, images, infographics, and videos tailored to the target audience of each platform.
  • Monitor Analytics: Continuously monitor analytics to gauge the effectiveness of social media campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with different marketing departments (design, communications, customer service) to ensure consistency and alignment of brand messaging.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, sharing insights with management on relevant changes or opportunities that could enhance the company's digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience managing social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in using social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social for scheduling and analytics.
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing, visual content, and video creation.
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.) for evaluating social media performance.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks without a dedicated social media team.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and strategies, with a keen interest in keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Previous experience in the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is a plus.
