Business Analyst - CLOS

• We are strengthening our Banking capabilities and looking for experienced bankers with good experience in the CLOS/RLOS domain
• These roles will be part of our Banking COE team and will work as a liaison with our Banking customer and our delivery team
• You must have 4+ years of experience in CLOS/RLOS and Credit Underwriting to qualify for this role
• The person will consult our team in solutions related to Retail, Commercial, Corporate, Auto, Agri and other lending areas

What you will do:

• Responsible for requirements gathering, documentation, defining solutions towards business requirements, estimations and liaising with sales, management, and technical team

• Understand the project objectives based on initial requirements based on functional as well and domain point of view
• Requirement elicitation - Direct interaction with customer to gather requirements and understand their business requirements
• Documenting requirements and preparing Business Requirement Documents and Functional

Requirement Documents

• Change request documentation, prioritizations and updation in stories

What We Need:

• Good experience in Lending Domain.

• Good experience in Credit Underwriting
• You must have good experience in CLOS
• Good communication Skills
• Experience in Banking software (Omnidocs, Omniflow, Finacle, Finnoone etc) is preferred
• As this role will support our global customers you must be ok to travel (whenever required) MBA is preferred.
