Job Description

Responsibilities:

Act as a bridge between Client and Development/Implementation teams.

Manages and maintain server and client configurations.

Problem Identification and Resolution.

Problem Identification and Resolution.

Investigate the issues reported by users and provide the solution for L1 issues.

Investigate issues reported by users and coordinate with L2 & L3 teams for resolution.

Preventive Monitoring & Maintenance

User acceptance testing and user Hand Holdings.

Desired Profile:

B.E/B. Tech./BCA -CS/ IT/ MCA, M. Tech or Equivalent degree from a reputed institute preferred, with 1-4 years of relevant industry experience across a wide variety of development projects.

Good knowledge of OS and Application/Web Server is must.

Good knowledge of MS SQL or Oracle database (concepts, query writing skills), OS and application server (Jboss, weblogic or Websphere).

Key Skills: Application Support, Linux, MySQL, Unix.
