Generative AI Engineer - Machine Learning/Deep Learning (6-8 yrs)

Role Description :

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to join our client, a leading tech company, and contribute to their cutting-edge AI initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and train advanced generative AI models, such as large language models, image generation models, and text-to-speech models.

- Experiment with different architectures and techniques to optimize model performance and efficiency.

Algorithm Development and Optimization :

- Create and refine algorithms for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.

- Optimize algorithms for speed and accuracy, ensuring efficient model deployment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and machine learning.

- Conduct research to explore new techniques and applications of generative AI.

- Collaborate with research teams to push the boundaries of AI technology.

- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with other teams to integrate AI models into products and services.

- Design and implement innovative AI solutions to address specific business challenges.

- Develop and deploy AI-powered applications and services.

- Manage the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.

- Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to automate model training, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of generative AI techniques, including transformers, GANs, and VAEs.

- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and natural language processing techniques.

- Expert-level Python programming skills, including data analysis, visualization, and machine learning libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).

- Experience with MLOps tools and practices, such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, BigQuery) for handling large datasets.

- Proficiency in developing APIs using Python frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.

- Experience working with large language models and developing generative AI applications.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and their AI/ML services.

- Experience with vector database technologies for efficient similarity search
