Job Description
- Qualify raw leads provided by initiating contact via phone calls in the US region.
- Assess leads to verify if they have any potential software requirements that aligns with solutions and offerings of NewAgeSysIT .
- Aim to qualify between 100 to 120 leads per day, maintaining high productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team managers to ensure seamless lead handover and information exchange.
- Meet monthly targets by ensuring a minimum of 60 qualified leads are identified and forwarded to the reporting manager.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and qualification status in the RM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or lead qualification, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for persuading leads .
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Sheets.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling client interactions.
