Job Description
- IT industry experience of 10 15 years in software development and at least 4+ years experience in project management
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web
- Ability to lead at least 2 scrum teams and play a scrum master role as necessary.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- You should be strong in people management, as it is required to lead a team of 20+ developers, testers, and DevOps.
- S/he should be the bridge between the product team and the report and escalate to management as needed.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation and monitor their performance
- Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress and risk mitigation
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
- Should have good knowledge of Java, microservices, AWS, and Angular.
- Understanding of the logistics industry or supply chain management domain
- Completely well versed with Agile
- Experience in security and performance management
- Good understanding of tools like Jira, Postman, or any PM tools
- Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- PMP/Agile / Scrum certification is a plus
- Strong leadership and Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- People Management Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Must have experience of interaction with the Senior Management team.
