Installation Design Coordinator 2 To 4 yrs - WFH - Night shift

Role & responsibilities

Design:

• Communicate with customer by phone, SMS and email to collect site photos and site measurements
• Design solutions to meet their needs and that are suitable for the site conditions
• Use suite of design software to prepare and create 3D renderings and technical drawings
• Ensure drawings are detailed and accurate to avoid on-site issues during installation process
• Leverage deep product knowledge to creatively solve even the most challenging space solutions
• Contribute regularly customer designs to NewAge Design Library

General:

• Cross-trained to handle inbound/outbound calls and expertly handle customer inquiries
• Regularly share customer feedback to help business plan future products, processes, or other services
• Maintain a high level of work quality across all responsibilities
• Be a brand ambassador and advocate for all NewAge Products and Services

Preferred candidate profile

• Post-secondary education in Business, Ecommerce, Sales or related area of study
• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 1 year experience preparing home improvement 3D designs or a similar capacity
• Experience working in construction or home improvement related industry is highly desirable
• Minimum 2 years working in contact centre or a similar capacity
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing role (retail, ecommerce, customer service, hospitality, etc.)
• Must be proactive and results oriented with strong organization, communication and influencing skills,
• a self-starter who takes initiative, seeks opportunities for improvement,
• Thrives in an environment of change and ambiguity
