Job Title: Tally Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Tally Developer with 3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a Tally Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized Tally solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tally ERP 9/Prime, TDL (Tally Definition Language), and an understanding of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Tally solutions (Tally ERP 9/Prime) using Tally Definition Language (TDL).
• Implement and integrate Tally with other business applications and third-party software.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in Tally applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Tally systems with existing infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients for Tally-related functionalities and upgrades.
• Ensure all customizations are in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly update and enhance Tally features to meet evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Tally ERP 9/Prime and TDL development.
• Strong proficiency in Tally Definition Language (TDL) and Tally customizations.
• In-depth knowledge of Tally modules such as Accounting, Inventory, GST, Payroll, etc.
• Understanding of business processes and accounting concepts.
• Experience in integrating Tally with external applications (API, XML, Database integration).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Tally Reports, Tally Connect, and Tally ODBC.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management for Tally integrations.
• Prior experience working with Tally Server and Tally Cloud.
• Knowledge of GST, VAT, and other regulatory frameworks as applicable to Tally solutions.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
