Responsibilities:
* Sales Order Processing:
* Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company's CRM or ERP system.
* Verify order details, including product information, pricing, and delivery addresses.
* Coordinate order fulfillment with the warehouse or production departments.
* Track order status and provide timely updates to customers.
* Resolve order-related inquiries from customers and internal teams.
* Customer Support:
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
* Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the sales team.
* Sales Administration:
* Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
* Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
* Manage sales leads and follow-up on inquiries.
* Schedule and coordinate sales appointments and meetings.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
* Data Entry & Management:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system.
* Perform data entry tasks related to sales, marketing, and customer service.
* Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Other Duties as Assigned:
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
* Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as event planning and trade show support.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
* 0-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a customer-centric approach.
