- Tailor made projects to enhance people and process efficiencies.

- Investigations of HR and Non- HR related matters, whistleblower, vendor collusions and POSH matters

- Presentation of cases to Top management through pictorial graphs, waterfall & in-depth analysis

- Conducting Compliance trainings on Anti-Bribery & Anti- Corruption, Conflict of Interest, Anti- Harassment & discrimination and other important ethics policies.

- Handling G&H, COI requests on tool with in-depth review of the matter for Greater India region (India, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka)

- Management & training of Ethics delegates (approx. 60) based out at different offices

- Monitoring compliance tool for across 120 office & factory locations across Schneider businesses

- Handling non-integrated entities of Schneider from Compliance on-boarding standpoint

- Periodic review of risks identified and controls set up in system

- Identifying risk averse areas and setting up controls and policies to regularize
