Salesforce, MarTech and data Strategy & Integration:
- Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce data integrity, ensuring a unified view of the customer across all channels.
- Create and manage workflows, automation, segmentation, and reporting.
- Design and implement the marketing technology roadmap, integrating Salesforce with other tools such as analytics platforms, customer data platforms, and email marketing solutions.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to the MarTech stack.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build, deploy, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, voice and social media.
- Use Salesforce to segment audiences and deliver personalized content, improving engagement and conversion rates.
- Define journeys into engagement, sales, service, loyalty etc.
- WhatsApp roadmap planning and execution.
- WhatsApp Chatbot enhancement - Data collection strategy
- Data usage planning and Content strategy implementation
- Ensure privacy and compliances, data protection regulations.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Work closely with Product team, customer service, and IT to align efforts, improve customer experience, and ensure data consistency.
- Develop and manage reporting dashboards to track marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive growth.
- Leverage data to refine campaigns and strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ROI goals.
- Define the ROI strategy for always on journey and Batch n Blast journeys and drive conversions.
Brand Management - In perspective of B2B:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.
- Shape business messaging and positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (Online and Offline)
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engagement across digital, social media, one to one communication etc.
- Work with creative, content, and media teams to produce impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Track campaign performance and optimize for effectiveness, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with product and solutions teams to align product positioning with business values and market needs.
- Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across marketing activities related to B2B.
- Partner with sales, customer service, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging.
- Work closely with PR and communications teams to handle brand reputation management and media relations.
- Provide regular reports on brand performance, campaign ROI, and insights for ongoing optimization.
