Role & responsibilities

• Set up CNC VTL machines: Prepare and load machine parts, tools, and programs according to specifications provided in work orders or blueprints.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts for quality using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Programming and Adjustments: Set up machine programs or make minor program adjustments to optimize machine performance, speed, and quality.
• Read Technical Drawings: Interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to understand product specifications and machining requirements
