Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and close new business opportunities with mid-
sized and large enterprises within the Automotive, Insurance, Financial, and Healthcare
sectors in India.
• Account Management: Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing
clients to drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities within the Indian market.
• Client-Based Presentations and Proposals: Develop and deliver tailored presentations for
clients, understand their specific needs, and create proposals to address their business
challenges.
• Solution Selling: Understand clients customer experience needs and effectively position
SurveySensums solutions to address their specific business challenges.
• Customer Success Collaboration: Partner closely with the customer success team to ensure
smooth onboarding and continued satisfaction, supporting clients in maximizing the platform's
value.
• Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of sales strategies, account
plans, and targeted sales initiatives to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes within
the Indian market to better serve clients and inform internal strategy.
• Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel weekly to meet clients face-to-face and support
business development efforts.(There can be intercity travels as well)
Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Marsters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or related roles, preferably
within customer experience, feedback management, or a similar industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships in the Indian
market.
• Experience in face-to-face client meetings and handling end-to-end sales processes.
• Strong understanding of Indian market dynamics and B2B SaaS sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel non-stop and meet clients regularly to build strong business
relationships.
• Relocation to Gurgaon/NCR is required.
