Job Title : Software Project Leader - EMB Department

(Software Project Leader in the EMB Department, specializing in Model-Based Development (MBD), AutoSAR, and project leadership for an application seat ECU.)

Location : Pune, Maharashtra, India

Responsibilities :

Leadership and Team Management :

- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team including software developers, engineers, and quality assurance professionals.

- Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and efficiency.

MBD & AutoSAR Development :

- Oversee the development and integration of Model-Based Design tools and AutoSAR protocols.

- Ensure designs meet industry standards and best practices for embedded systems.

Project Management :

- Define project scope, objectives, and schedules while managing resources and budget.

- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project milestones are met.

Quality Management :

- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes in line with ISO26262, ASPICE standards.

- Conduct regular technical reviews and audits to ensure high-quality output.

Technical Reviews :

- Perform detailed technical reviews and provide feedback on software architecture, design, and code.

- Ensure thorough testing and validation of ECU applications.

Customer & Stakeholder Communication :

- Act as a primary liaison for clients and stakeholders, communicating project progress and technical specifications.

- Facilitate requirement gathering and ensure alignment with project deliverables.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Strong knowledge of AutoSAR architecture and configuration.

- Proficient in Model-Based Development using MATLAB/Simulink and related tools.

Hands-on Experience :

- Hands-on experience with application seat ECU development, including software and hardware integration.

- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, FlexRay).

Project Management :

- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale software projects.

- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar.

Quality and Compliance :

- Deep understanding of automotive industry standards and regulatory requirements.
