- SW Leader - Planning & Tracking the Activities, Risk Management , Team Management.

- Lead embedded software development team.

- Define architecture and design specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

- Strong C/C++ programming skills.

- Experience with RTOS, embedded Linux, and communication protocols.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with safety-critical standards (e.g., ISO 26262).

- Experience in E-Mobility, testing BMS, MCU, TCU & VCU as added advantage
