Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled MIS Executive to join our team at Neuberg Diagnostics Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel, data handling, and report generation, with additional experience in Power BI or data analysis being an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.

Prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MOM) after Management Review Meetings (MRM).

Maintain, organize, and update data records to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Create and maintain detailed MIS reports for various departments.

Use Excel and other tools to streamline data management processes.

Collaborate with teams to gather data requirements and provide solutions.

Support decision-making through timely and accurate data reporting.

Qualifications:

Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field.

Certifications: Certification in Power BI or Data Analysis will be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS or data-related roles.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).

Strong experience in handling large datasets.

Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to summarize and share MOMs effectively after meetings.
