Back Office Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage back office operations, ensuring efficient data entry, sales support, invoice processing, vendor coordination, client support, and lead qualification.
  
• Provide cold calling services to generate new business leads and maintain existing relationships with clients.
  
• Assist in managing back office tasks such as document management, record keeping, and reporting.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry (IT Services & Consulting).
  
• Strong skills in Back Office Operations, Data Entry, Sales Support, Invoice Processing, Vendor Coordination, Client Support, Back Office Management.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
