Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Plan, create, and implement online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and display advertising.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular reports to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices to improve digital marketing initiatives.
Manage the company s social media presence, including content creation, posting, and engagement with the target audience.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure the seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Utilize marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to automate workflows and improve lead nurturing processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and improve campaign performance.
Monitor website analytics and implement strategies to optimize user experience, conversion rates, and overall website performance.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Conduct A/B testing and implement optimisation strategies to improve campaign performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
Provide recommendations and insights on digital marketing strategies, budget allocation, and resource planning based on data analysis and market research.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Intern or similar role. Freshers can also apply.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and marketing automation systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
Experience in managing social media platforms and executing social media campaigns.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of website analytics tools and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
